At Zilver Mart, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent shopping experience.
Return Eligibility (7 Days) site Use
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Pricing & Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened earphones (for hygiene reasons)
- Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery
- Items missing accessories or warranty cards
Warranty
All earphones sold by Zilver Mart come with a 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
- You will be notified about the status of your refund after inspection.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for a different color, if the package is unopened only
- Please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order
- Shipping cost should be paid by the customer
- Further exchange instructions will be provided by our team
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately
- We will arrange either: A replacement, or
- A refund (based on your preference and product availability)
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product): A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
Processing Time
- Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item
- Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
